| Twisted TG Comics: A Patreon Exclusive! |

Twisted TG fans!
First of
all, thank you guys for the positive feedback and views on the new captions I
posted. It does feel good to post again,
to circulate new and existing story ideas, and I hope you’ve enjoyed them so
far!
I
promised a MAJOR announcement for today (10/21) regarding Twisted TG, so here
it is:
Twisted
TG now has a Patreon and it has gone live!
This has
been a direction/path that Floof and I have deliberated for Twisted TG for the
longest time, and actually there have periods where we had to delay its debut,
due to RL events.
This Patreon will be the home to exclusive TG comics, stories, and captions. It’s still in its infancy but here is the basic breakdown for supporters who subscribe:
· * Exclusive TG comics every Monday and Friday
· * WIP (work-in-progress) art and comic sketches every Wednesday
· * Exclusive one-shot captions/stories or caption series by DocVS and/or Floof
We begin
our first exclusive Twisted TG comic with this somewhat anticipated story:
Yes folks, the third chapter of our "cops and robbers swap" story continues exclusively on the Twisted TG Patreon! Artist duties for this webcomic are now taken over by the talented Theofayde, aka KET, and you can take a look at his work on his Deviantart here! I will preface and say that KET's style for the comic is a bit different from Xamrock and his team, but his talents shine bright and he has provided an amazing portrayal of the story with his artwork. You won't be disappointed! I've provided the full cover page of Chapter 3 as an example (which I indeed teased back in December of last year).
Every Friday, on "FOSE Friday", the saga of Hannah and Francis will be updated on the Twisted TG Patreon!
Now Xamrock and his team have done a tremendous job with the first two chapters (of which both can still be accessed here on the Twisted TG main blog).
In addition, at the end of the month there may be another announcement regarding FOSE that I will share here on the blog and on the Patreon (but it's too early to say anything now).
Again, this Patreon will evolve as it progresses, and Floof and I will continue to work to refine this Patreon to satisfy all our Twisted TG subscribers and supporters!
Don't worry, we will continue to provide the same twisted content in our captions here on the main site!

DocVS & Floof
You made us wait almost 1 year for the next pages and now you say we have to pay to see them? I'm so disapointed, if I had known, I wouldn't have come to the blog every day.

Creators deserve to be paid for the work
DeleteYou were nursed too close to the wall, right? Twisted released a lot of free stuff, and now for just one big story he legitimately says this would not be free, and you go all apeshit? The world is not a place for you kid

that being said, I will not bother with the comic.
the writing lacks a great deal of forethought
plot elements are not thought out
a criminal should not know how to operate within the police force
a person can not just step into another person's life without some help
how you communicate with close friends and family, that isn't something a person can just mimic
sorry, but I can't support low quality porn, best of luck
oh, and do not post this comic elsewhere, the creators should be paid, do not steal from them
geez… people do love drama, since the beginning it was just meant as a silly fun PORN comic, thinking too much about those details takes away all the fun… go away, you’ll not be missed, but commenting and trying to seem smart here is just sad, man…

it show just how little or much the writer cares when the errors can't be seen
but if you are happy with mayo on a piece of toast and want to call it a three course dinner, that is you
I just think the writer should actually try if he's going to go through all the effort and expense
To the previous commenter: I think your out of pocket for getting upset that the next chapter will be a paid service. Doc and company have had real life issues just like the rest of us. Instead we should be grateful that they are all back. Who knows, after some time they may release the rest of the content to be free. I've been coming to the blog everyday just like you but give them a break. They're literally a small handful of content creators out there creating the stories that we love. So who cares if they want to make a little money. Don't you think they are entitled for their time and creative investment? Give it chance. Like I said they may make Patreon exclusive content free in the future. To the twisted team, keep doing what your doing

ReplyDelete@ the anonymous posters who is "disappointed" - The reality is, is that it takes time & energy to create the story, dialogue, art, and not to mention the numerous rounds of revisions to all 3 until it is publish worthy. Let's not forget the money put in to pay the artist(s) because Doc prior to this sure as hell wasn't getting paid to create any of the work here. We, the visitors of this site, the consumers of his content, got to enjoy the fruits of Doc's (and company) labor for free while he went into the red to create certain content on this site. So if you're really a fan and supporter of the creators of this site (I mean... you did come back here every day apparently), why are you so against the idea of giving back so they can continue to create content you enjoy consuming?
ReplyDeleteAlthough, I guess you could be the type of person who is a-ok with benefiting from the work, time, energy, emotional strain, and financial effort of other's without wanting to contribute to their or the communities success. Which is not a knock on you, just an observation based on your response.
Like... why would you not want everyone to get fed?

I have made a fair living writing stories, I am not a good writer, but a fair one
the writer needs to work on his characters, his plots and the world they reside in
I wish him luck, hope he gets paid a fair wage, but most of all I hope he becomes a writer worthy of my money
My man, if you don't want to support the patreon, don't support the patreon. No one's forcing you to do it. It's great that you've written your own stories and have been a "fair" writer. But could we respect the creative decisions made by another fellow writer? Doc writes his stories how he wants to write his stories. Set in a universe that he wants to set it in. Your holier than thou attitude isn't really accomplishing anything.

But i'm frustrated to not being able to watch this comics anymore due to this paid membership. In my opinion, making the main comic only available on Patreon is a mistake!
This is the one which is catching attention of readers and making them come back to the blog.
The way of working of lady valiant team is better, it allow everyone to read the main comic, and if you want to know more you can pay and have a full experience with side stories and other comics.
In my situation i won't be able to pay the monthly paiement. I'm living on my own, jobless and with 6 dollars i'm eating 2 days.
Why is it not better? I mean obviously it’s good enough for you to come back to the blog everyday *shrug*. Loop holes? Every story will have loop holes and Doc’s writing allows creative freedom of the reader to fill in certain gaps. I can understand the frustration of not being able to follow the comic and the circumstances you described can definitely be emotionally and mentally fatiguing but that doesn’t make hurling personal attacks against the author and their writing style okay, nor does it justify it. Note however that just because your frustration doesn’t justify how you’re lashing out at the author, that the lack of justification doesn’t invalidate how you’re feeling either.
